Sunday Hours Co. is based on the idea that our Sundays are so extremely sacred. Even if you are not religious and even if you don't have a traditional work week, those last hours on the last day of your weekend are so important to set the tone for the week. Whether you use that time to plan, journal, do your self-care routine, or just *le cries... we hope some of these products help make your Sunday less scary.

Keeping “Sundays” Sacred.

#NoSundayScariesHere

A message from the founder:

“I used to roll my eyes at the idea of self care. I thought relaxation was a luxury and boundaries were for the privileged. I was convinced if I wasn't doing something productive every minute of my day from the moment I woke up to the moment I slept, I was a failure. "Sleep is for the weak" right? Or "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Our time is precious. Our lives are sacred. "If you don't choose a time to rest your body will choose it for you." So it’s important to to set boundaries for ourselves during certain times or days. Whether that is Sunday, the last day of your weekend, or sprinkled throughout the week between the chaos. I hope you find time for yourself. Time you call sacred.

I'm a full time high school teacher, director of campus ministry, yearbook moderator, and anything needed for the day. I'm a part time grad student with 3 hour classes 2-3 times a week. I am a dog mom. I am an auntie. I am a daughter. I am a friend. I am many things but a machine is not one of them. Self care is not a luxury. It's a necessity. It's how I can show up for my students, my family, my classmates, my dog, my nephews, my nieces, my god kids, my friends... Self care and protecting my time makes me my best self for myself and for those I love.”
